To become a ProCare patient, just follow these three steps:


Step One: visit our online scheduler to create your Account and book your initial appointment

Please note: clients who “no show” or cancel on short notice will be charged a $50 fee for their missed appointment. All proceeds from missed appointment fees will be donated to the Kanata Food Cupboard to support Kanata residents in need of food assistance. For more information about the ProCare cancellation policy, please refer to our Frequently Asked Questions page.


Step Two: Complete Our Online Intake Form

Step Three (Recommended): Download our Mobile App to Manage your Appointments

The ProCare Osteopathic Centre mobile app allows you to manage your appointments directly from your phone. Search for “ProCare Osteopathic Centre” using Google Play on your Android device, or the App Store on your iPhone. The first time you launch the app, you will be asked for your email address and password. Use the same email and password you entered when you created your account (“Step One” above) to login to the app.
